I am a new construction residential salesperson! I am very interested in your homes, and I have my own custom and model homes to show you in Scottsdale, AZ! There are eight plus custom homes, starting at $3.95 million. The model homes start at $1.85 million, and there are fourteen models. There are over two hundred homes in total. We are the Bryan's. We bought a OCH, in Midlothian, that was "2nd hand". We loved it and when we got the news that we had to transfer to Longview (E.TX), we did not want to leave our house behind.
We contacted OCH, Roger and his team agreed to build our 2nd OCH IN LONGVIEW!!! We were so excited! We had never met Roger, and had never "built" a house before. It was such a smooth project, and we developed a great relationship with him and the team.
We couldn't be happier, and everytime guests come through that door, we love to see their reactions and hear their comments.
We are so proud to have the only OCH in E. TX...if you think you may want the 2nd one, don't hesitate - CALL HIM!!
